Tranche 2

Got tranche 1....compulsory ...15 years of mayhem loved every minute....but......mortgage free at age 41 whats not to like time to move on and exciting times ahead

Only if you are in the right Branch/Trade/Rank For TG4 its only WO Grrr, thats me pushing the button then...

I know in not so sunny north yorks, the WO number is quite high and is always being laughed at, BUT i'm sure their turnaround time for DWR is something silly like 2 years which is considerably less than the other ranks in TG4, so do they really need to offload WOs?

If they make another 10 WOs redundant, that will be nearly 20% of the established WOs made redunadant, yet we are ripping through the PSL. How come???
And that argument will form part of any appeal and redress later for those made compulsory redundant.

Making room for their mates?

All Non Multi-Skilled Apprentices and Sooties

All Non Multi-Skilled Apprentices and Sooties

So how many non multi-skilled Appo's or Sooties are there out there?

Can't be too many, Goat fiddlers only needed to do a self learning Electrics package.

Just looked on Airspace (amazed my log in still works as i was in Tranche 1 and officially left the RAF last October after Gen Apping to go early) there's are some strange entries there.

A Mech P..... surely they would have got rid of all tose that didn't multi-skill in the first hit.

There'll be a few mirror tech's down the gym soiling their whites for a while as well.

OK, Just seen the DIN and noted the TG4 figures.

Up to 10 WO???

Now, my cynical head is on my shoulders here. Could it be that the JO redundancy allocation has been reduced by....up to 10? Maybe the posts are transferring to a JO slot? Work out the amount paid to a WO annually and then compare it to a JO....hmmmmm. Savings in cash but all that experience gone.

Looks like the promotion chain has all but dried up for the next few years.

Ho Hum
