That could be quite a large number. I totted up the numbers on the DIN and it came to 800 odd. Assuming that they wanted 1000, that means the non multi-skilled may be making up the difference.

I'm very suprised about that mate, I thought TG4 would have been hit since the trade is undergoing a massive change in the next couple of years with the majority of C4I going civi, also I dont think you can apply if your not in the field.

The trade has been running light though to take into account that those posts are going, knowing those people will need to be moved into other areas. So someone has been doing some forward planning. But that was 2 yrs ago when I was last at a trade sponsor chat. Anything could of changed since then.

Upto 30 but if you're an AGE or have been an AGE you're not eligible along with a load of big Aircraft Q's especially the licensed stuff.

It makes me laugh that Nimrod AGE's all variants including MRA4 are ineligible...lol
