Afraid not mate wet conditions rear wheel drive back end spun out rest is history

Yeah I know exactly waht you mean, lots of pow and turbos dont really help either, I almost lost it coming off a roundabout onto the A1, bit of a sideways moment :PDT_Xtremez_34: Hope you walked away from that cos it looks quite nasty

Well i drive a red VW Beetle and it is great, although changing it in August for either another beetle (but a complete with soft top) or an Audi TT (also complete with soft top). Having trouble deciding which one to get though, any thoughts?:PDT_Xtremez_26:

Beat me to it!

hmm, girly beetle soft-top or girly beetle soft top with only two seats and wearing a party dress?

decisions decisions decisions....
:PDT_Xtremez_42:

well, at least both are german...

(personally, I think the beetle soft-top is a gorgeous looking car - especially in a bold colour such as red, black (with loads of chrome) or that creamy ivory colour. Still a bit girly though)

No traction, ASC or DSC on the merc then?

keeps me out of trouble on many a wet roundabout.

Then again, if you drive a Saudi Taxi, you expect inferior handling to the marvels from Munich... :PDT_Xtremez_33:

Well i am a girl so of course my car would be girly! :PDT_Xtremez_15:

Well here goes - my first proper post!
I drive a Z3 in the week - it suits me.
And my weekends are taken up with my Gixxer!! Cant beat that!!

2L Diesel C5 Estate.
Slower than cancer, but has a boot more capacious than an elephant's scrotum, gets 55 mpg and cheap road tax. :PDT_Xtremez_30:

An 11yr old Astra :PDT_Xtremez_06: want a new one but can't afford it at the mo.

My next car will be a Seat Leon Cupra, awaits comments :PDT_Xtremez_42:

02 Audi A6 Avant 1.8 Turbo. Fast as fook, awsome handling for an estate, masses of space, german build quality, looks the b@ll@x.:PDT_Xtremez_14: And its got cup holders:PDT_Xtremez_28:

My lovly car of choice(1st car) is a hefty 1.1L Rover Metro.:PDT_Xtremez_28:

Very fast car and looks the bee's knees. At least if i dont get into the RAF, god forbid, i can paint the logo on the side and blaze around making jet noises to myself.

This is not my exact car, but it is 99.9% identical

I got an 06 Grand scenic at the start of March...1.5 Dci...Shoved £30 into it at Morrisons in Lincoln on March 9th...hared down the A1 back to London village where since then not a day has gone by where it hasn't been in and around town doing potentially sh*tty mileage as you Q around...and It's still stating I've got 90 miles of endurance left...With sh*tloads of space in the back, and the two optional seats I've can't say anything bad about it....Yet!

Since my wife wrote off my mondeo ST24 I have mostly been driving an H reg Escort XR3I, what a beautiful machine.
