It's not my picture, I found it on 'Bombheads world' or something like that anyway...

Because it's interesting...and it's a picture to do with the RAF...

And it looks staged....

Don't care if he found it on the moon or if staged....it's not his work......if you didn't take it you shouldn't post it, simple.

Crack on................:PDT_Xtremez_09:

Because the title of the thread is, "Best RAF photo"

Not, "Best RAF photo I took personally"

Is that OK with you? Or are you going to send me to Colchester?

Well to be honest it's not ok with me, but seeing as I hold no weight here on the goat you just crack on and do what you want.

Last word on this...He can post what he wants as long as it isn't copyrighted, has a web link on it and he hasn't p!ssed off the the original author...since he has stated the place he got it from thats honest enough for us...if the bloke who took it has a problem in the future he can contact us and we'll remove it but I reckon he'll be chuffed it's getting some air time.

Now crack on posting stuff about stuff and leave the running of the site to us TM...

Don't waste your finger time inputting a scything retort to this as it'll be deleted by us...endex.

Herc C1K, Iso and Diving Airman photo

Herc C1K, Iso and Diving Airman photo

It was produced by the Ground Photo Section at RAF Stanley/MPA back in the 1980's (before Dec 88 for sure). It was one of a number of photos donated by MPA photo section to a Charity Auction at 7SU Byron Heights which was won by a Scopie for a ridiculous amount of cash for the time.

Don't worry, I'm not looking for the Lord Litchfield award for photography.

I do have some Pictures that I took somewhere, I just need to dig them out and scan them.

You have my most humble apologies in the mean time...

Thanks Vim,

It was not my intention to step on any toes.

I did appologise but Vim saw it as offensive so he (as is his MOD perogative) deleted it which i believe makes me look more of a tw@t than normal......what more can i do.....

MJ,

I have seen this one before & I recollect that it was sometime between Feb-Mar 86 & correct it was given for Charity at 7SU.

Ok Tashy,

Here is a picture I took myself!
93 I think, Op warden somewhere over the Turkey / Iraq border on board a VC10...
