I've been reading through this thread for a while and I have come to this conclusion.
None of you deserve your 3rd.
If you're the sort of airman who comes on a anonymous virtual crewroom crying because you had an amazing report yet somehow a 90SU 4 year cpl got it before you are a child and clearly do not have the required maturity to hold the rank.
