This is going all over the place!!!!!!!!!! There is more than likely to be grain of fact in this, but would someone step in and tell the bloody truth.

Gillo - When you go into work tomorrow you will see it is true and see the resons why, it will also be on log web tomorrow..Well done to all who got it, and very well done to the trade sponsors for pushing as hard as could be on this matter..

re-read above post and ask again tomorrow....

Well done fella and to your trade sponsor, but I hope the announcement will also settle where the Logs(Supp) case stands.

BB, there's the flaw in your cunning plan :PDT_Xtremez_30: and Gillo's been on the Higher Pay Band for ages anyway!

Why not provide a link like most helpful people on here?

I told you look at the movers website!! lol its been released by our TS and we have a hard copy now.... YEAH!!! hmmm new car i think.

Congrats to all that got it.....:PDT_Xtremez_30:

Got a copy of the letter from the HoB in my hand and i can confirm what has been said Sgt & FS Suppliers will be uplifted on 01 Apr 11.

And it also confirms that it is Cpl/Sgt/FS Movers and they are moving up on 01 Apr 10.

Logweb webmaster has a copy of the letter and will be putting the information on there this morning.

Thought the Sgt's/Flt Sgt would not be upbanded until 1 Apr 11. Looks like the Cpl's will never get upbanded now!!! Been kicked in the balls so many times now, i'm pretty much numb to it now. Will be glad to leave this "Flying Club" in the next year. Rant Over.....

Just read the AVM'S EMAIL. and it is absolutely discusting. The snco's have been bought to keep quiet basically and it is absolutely obvious to us all. The spine of the trade has just been ripped out and it is now the most undervalued rank in the trade. I am talking about NCO'S.
Not even worth a mention in the AVM'S EMAIL. I FOR ONE WILL BE TELLING EVERY LAC AND JUNIOR SAC TO RETRADE IMMEDIATELY AS WE ARE FINISHED AS A TRADE

a VERY VERY SAD DAY IN THE TRADE. RIP SUPPLY

Assuming you mean Cpls there is no mention because SAC/Cpl didnt score high enough to make it into the discretionary zone, whereas the others did.

What is annoying though is the another full year for Suppliers - it's been 18 months and surely the rise could have been planned into PR10? perhaps they were waiting for Apr 1st to provide an excuse. The explanation for the difference in the letter is hazy/weak...you can't tell me it is impossible to change a pay run in the middle (or just after the start) of the FY..

That said well done to those who, it seems begrudgingly in a few cases, got the rise.

Quote "it is also worth reminding ourselves that the points scoring element of the JE PROCESS is only one component of the whole decision making process" unquote. When did this process change from solely a points scoring process? Is another part of this farce, sorry process, the amount of personnel in a said rank and trade. i.e lots more Cpl's than F/S SUPPLIERS. Extremely dodgy process indeed.

It seems that they did not want Supply to flip-flop from High to Lower pay band. Does this mean that the Cpl's did reach the magic number but the Sgt's didn't?
With this in mind, would any Cpl who got offered their third, take it?
Can anybody shed any light on this?

Why is the trade dead? I don't get this...people new what they were getting paid, some ranks are going up, surely that is an incentive to work harder for promotion?

If you like what you do and profess to love the job does it really make a difference if you are on high or low? Surely you aren't going to join a trade based purely on it's pay banding?
