house rises on 2nd april and returns on 20th april, what's the betting we don't find out before then!!!
 
I see those swindling ****tards that we trust the running of the country to have announced their pay rise. As if you need it as well you useless thunder ****s!
 
On a question of the pay rise, dont they normally throw in the food and accommodation charges in at the same time. So if you live in quarters you are normally require 31 days warning before rental increase or am I living in a dream world !!

Don't know, but my quarter has just been downgraded... with the addition of the quarter charge rise I'll probably end up paying the same as I do now.

I still can't believe we're a day and a half away from the 1st April and we still know nothing.

what are the food and accommodation increases then? and where was this info released?
 
Having just been through the DIN 08-007, it relates to 'NON-Entitled personnel', and the SFA is 'SFA provided to international personnel'

Where are our charges?:S
 
They have us where they want us.....

no jobs in civvie street, a major recession happening, more folk joining up due to no jobs available.......

they have us by the nuts, and none of us can do anything about, or none of us are man enough to anything about it.

they can announce a 0% payrise with a hike in charges, we will all moan for a few weeks, then it will be forgotten.

I sincerely hope it will not be forgotten. This Government is full of charlatans and self serving sycophants, the next general election will be a blessing. The Green party has my vote..................:PDT_Xtremez_28:

And what makes you think that any other party will be any differant, what we need is a complete political overhaul, not just policy changes from a differant group of self serving individuals.
 
With the power of the media these days, there's no way the "Great British Public" would allow anything like a 0% payrise. Especially seeing as all the tabloids are spouting all this "support our troops" stuff on a near daily basis.
