the star indication has nothing to do with the afprb statement as it doesnt have a star lol

Thank goodness that it's been announced, well I for one am more than happy with that!

Im liking this bit having served only 7 years!

Recommendation 3: We endorse the new Commitment Bonuses from 1 April 2009
for new entrants and those with less than 4 years’ service. We also endorse the
transitional arrangements for the current scheme which increases the total bonus
to £8,000 for those with between 4 and 8 years’ service.

thats on page 23 of the report.

what do you make of that?

This is only the recommendation by the AFPRB to the government, not the pay rise itself, have the government actually agreed to it? If so, where is this gen?

They don't release it unless it's approved. If you're in work take a look at the Defence Intranet, the official announcement is on there.

Whilst I don't begrudge the nurses their new pay scale in the slightest, if JPA can deal with a separate pay spine then it can also deal with one for TG1!

Thats been done to death on numerous other threads, let's keep this on on topic.

Is it a typo on page 73?

Military annual salaries inclusive of X-Factor from 1 April 2008
