Cant really say much more than im embarrased to be in th RAF after watching that. My mate who is a civvie copper has already taken the **** saying dont no why you lot moan so much about being away.

Why the hell was that pilot always looking like he was about to or just gone come back from a flight? is it mandatory to wear g-suits at all times?

He have been on QRA.Quicker to keep them on than waste time donning them when the cry for help comes in.

That's because they were all out grafting !! When the Armourers desk was pointed out in the line/rects area there was no one there. First in last out syndrome.

I happened to miss this the other night which by the sounds of it was a storke of genius as can imagine Mrs LR's attitude to a dizzy sl@g of a waff going to disco's, it's on tonight at 2320 so might just tape it and watch it when the Mrs is at work so she doesn't think it's really like what it is on the telly


why couldn't they do something like Ross Kemp for the RAF and not this

Kate worked with me at Lye: she was a good worker if somewhat naive socially. However I have to agree with the previous posters that the blame must be laid squarely at the door of the in situ media ops officer and the MOD office which allowed this to be screened. Nonetheless we can only hope it gets better.

The crews didnt really want to know and those that were busy couldnt be bothered with them and didnt really give them the time of day. Lets be honest this should be about CAS, Air Drops etc and all the RAF support that goes with it. Unfortunately people working 14 hour days doesnt do a great deal for recruitment, a good looking female being watched running, sunbathing and enjoying herself tells people that its not all bad.

More annoying than Kate was the chavs sat around the efi without their helmets on and body armour undone. It may well happen but its not the image we want to portray to the public. Try telling the family of Baz Barwood that rockets never hit!

If some of the people that have signed that are serving they should have their brains kicked out by the Grammar Police. So much for Persec eh ??

I taped this onto the HDD recorder and my daughter watched it recently. She thought that Kate came across "as a right div", now I know that Kate is maybe a decent lass but if that is the impression that is being given to those of, and approaching recruitment age then it has backfired big style.

Look at your last assessment, you are assessed on Professional Effectiveness, Effective Inteligence, Powers of Commumnication!!! These are all attributes we in the military should possess but she didn't come across to have much of any of these!!

So??? I agree though he was as bad. I know not everyone dons their CBA/Helmet and lays on the floor as we are supposed to and that shouldn't have been shown on the tele either. The whole prog was bone which I'm pretty sure I have said on here before.

go to agree i noticed their idf drills were bad only one guy was shown to be lying on the floor with cba and helmet on.
I was in Iraq with bas and it's not just an insult to his memory but to all lost and injured due to idf's
