No 49

Got told a few weeks ago I was no 49 on the board and got my offer today. Take it or leave in may is my option as my 22 is done. Going to buck the trend and stay in. Even if it is a crap posting somewhere in Lincoln shire where pointy things punch holes in the sky.

Definitely take it. Sign on for LOS 30, do your couple of years for the bigger pension and PVR at your leisure.

Well done and congrats. Seems like the only good news we get to hear these days is when folks get promoted.

Congratulations, if you refuse it however, that'll be handy for me! Lol. They only have to slip over by 5. Luckily I won't get a posting, I'll just get slotted into a Rivet Joint SNCO post.

Dont forget that 90 is ony a forecast not a guarantee. It could stop well short of that, or it may exceed it. I think they are into the low 50's at the moment.

I'm a similar number to you so am in the same boat. Fingers crossed they do make it to 90+

I know, when I got picked up in '07 I was told I was 32, my colleague was 44 and we were told that they were promoting 80+, unfortunately for him they stopped at 42 and he missed out. I felt a right (unt but he was okay with me.

Still, good luck for you too. Most people who I talk too sound postitive that they will surpass that figure.
 
I was 158 last year and they stopped at 151. They only wanted 88 so I think you have probably got a decent shout at getting it.
 
Fingers crossed. This year would be nice then I can get my 1st SJAR whilst in the States on my Q and then that is my waster.

With my 22 up in 07/20 I hope to beef up my pension prior to 2015.

Had my offer today and I was 53rd or 56th, couldn't remember exactly. I heard on the grapevine that these 20 will come through and the next batch will be after christmas.HAPPY DAYS!!!!!!!!!!
